- Shares updated information and requirements regarding labor laws and regulations to our manufacturing partners and our internal Merchandising team
- Provides Compliance Manuals and best practices to our manufacturing partners to improve their Compliance System in order to meet customers’ expectations
- Conducts regular and follow up audits at our manufacturing partners to assess their compliance status
- Provides assistance to our manufacturing partners for submitting timely Correction Action Plan (CAP). Recommends solutions on compliance issues with follow up to monitor their progress for immediate and continuous improvements
Quality Assurance & Control
- QA/QC professionals with manufacturing experience conduct a detailed process of checks and balances, from pre production meetings through to final inspection
- Well understands individual customer quality requirements and provide comprehensive training and support to our vendor partners to ensure expectations are met
