With the help of effective means such as company newsletter, informal meetings and engagement surveys, we rediscover the art of dialogue through which corporate philosophy is shared; morale is raised; staff is motivated; needs are addressed; and talents are retained.

Communication Meeting

The Breakfast/Lunch Meetings is a powerful communication tool through which members of the staff are engaged in a dialogue with the Management in a sincere and cozy way. During these regular meetings, employees are encouraged to open up to the Management and share their opinions about the company and their working conditions. Over the years, many recreational ideas and initiatives concerning the well-being of our staff have been promptly adopted. Mutual understanding and trust are built in the course.

Employee Engagement Survey

Making CFL an ideal workplace which engages and motivates employees is our priority. We look at employee engagement as the primary ingredient of our success recipe. Therefore, we cannot go skin deep in our quest for a happy and ardent workforce. The Employee Engagement Survey conducted regularly entails our idea of understanding the needs and concerns of employees, allowing us to set out and build a happy and encouraging work life for them.
