Testimonials
See what CFLers have to say about working with CFL.
I’ve been working with CFL after graduation from college. I would like to express my genuine gratitude towards our Management who have been giving me countless study and promotion opportunities during my so far eight-year tenure.
I have been given the chance to work in different teams, therefore enabling me to widen my experience. In the account payable team, I bettered my communicate skills and accountability of problem solving in those past two or three years. In the general ledger team, I’ve learned how to prepare financial reports and financial budget & tax planning as well. In addition, Management offers ample training courses and extracurricular activities. For example we can take part in football team, table tennis team, badminton team or English club. Most importantly, we are given a chance to express our opinions, we can thus communicate with our management team directly during lunch meetings or breakfast meetings. Besides, colleagues are eager to help and encourage one another.
All in all, CFL is a big family.

Being a Fit Technician and Team Leader monitoring a group of six knowledgeable technicians, I have the opportunity to contribute my technical skill set gained in college and through my working experiences in HK, China, Singapore, Philippines and Bangladesh production sectors. To achieve customer satisfaction by resolving technical problem is one of our key goals.
I would like to take this invaluable opportunity to share my motto with the new comers:
- Stay serious and focused at work
- Listen to Manager's advices and share personal opinions. After all, two heads are better than one
- Maintain good communication and relationship with Merchandising Team, QA/QC, Customers and Factories
- Conduct factory training, sample approval and technical problem solving in factory proactively
- Never afraid to do more. Do more means gain more and learn more
- Help others and others will help, this is the true meaning of teamwork

I left university with a BSc Hons in Business Studies and Msc Marketing 2 years after, these make me have a strong sense in understanding the survival of a corporation in terms of both micro and macro environment.
In the 3 years time in CFL, I have learnt attitude is the most important factor to career success especially in the recent environment with change rapidly. It doesn’t matter with the number of opportunity that everyone is facing; however, it all depends on your own attitude to face the opportunity.
CFL and my superior have given me plenty of opportunity in the past few years and it helps in developing my product knowledge in this industry as well as people management skill. This is a strong motivation to me while these opportunities have strengthened both skills and make them more comprehensive.
